"Doug came highly recommended to me by a close business associate well experienced in the nuances and pitfalls that commercial real estate representation can present. He persevered with uncommon commitment to achieving what was in our best interest and when we hit some unexpected curve balls, he handled them with complete aplomb and the utmost professionalism. Doug was responsive, honest, creative and very knowledgeable, finding us not only a terrific location, but a great Landlord who understands our specific needs. Best of all, although he pushed me to spend just a little bit more than I had planned, his negotiations on my behalf got us an incredible rental agreement!"
